Most orders for in stock product(s) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. This includes orders with expedited shipping.
Tracking information will automatically be sent via email at the time the shipping label is generated. Please allow 24 hours for the shipping company to receive the order and for tracking to update.
Orders with expedited shipping will still have the same processing timeframes, but will ship with the expedited method selected during checkout.
Holt Bladeworks currently only ships knives expedited within the CONUS via UPS with Next Day Air or Second Day Air.
Holt Bladeworks currently only ships knives internationally at the buyers expense and risk, and all packages will be shipped expedited.
INSURED PACKAGES AND SIGNATURE GUARANTEE
All packages are insured at the carriers base/minimum amount.
All packages are sent with NO signature guarantee.
Buyers requiring additional insurance or signature guarantees can request this via email or by selecting additional insurance during the checkout process.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS
Due to potential fraud, all orders will only be shipped to the address received and processed with the payment. No exceptions.
If an error made by Holt Bladeworks, Inc that results in a lost package, we will provide a full refund or replace the lost item(s).
Holt Bladeworks, Inc is not liable for the loss of packages where the tracking status shows “Delivered”. Please contact the shipping carrier directly or your local law enforcement to file a claim.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided on the order is correct. If an incorrect address is supplied on the order, Holt Kinetic Solutions, Inc and Holt Bladeworks, Inc is not liable for lost packages shipped to the requested address.
UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED
Any package returned as undeliverable will be treated as a return. The buyer will be issued a refund for the product returned, but the shipping and restocking fee(s) will be nonrefundable.
